The following are the conditions applicable to your use of our services at
Used Book Circle.
Used Book Circle is only a venue.
Our site acts as a venue for you, the buyer, to inquire as to the availability of
a particular book
in the participating booksellers possession. We are not involved in the actual transaction
between the buyer and seller. As a result, we have no control over the quality of the
books or
the truth and accuracy of the description of the
books offered for sale. We cannot ensure that a
buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.
Safe Trading and information control:
Once you have been notified of the availability of a book it is up to you to contact the
bookseller you wish to deal with directly either by e-mail or telephone and have the book
put on hold. It is up to the buyer to pick up the book within the time requirements of the
individual bookseller. Shipping and want requests are at the option of the bookseller.
Your e-mail address is considered to be private information and under no circumstances will
it be given out for any reason whatsoever.
